If somebody asking about my favourite tea, I would answer that it depends on my mood. For a few days, I can be crazy for green tea. Then suddenly switch to oolong. And, these few days, I enjoyed plenty of milk tea. I can have up to 4 to 5 cups a day!
Here is how I prepare my own milk tea:
Boil water, but when it is simmering, turn off the heat.
Steep 1 teaspoon English Breakfast tea for about 3 minutes.
Discard the tea leaves.
Add 2 teaspoon sweet condensed milk and 30 milliliters plain fresh milk.
Stir well and enjoy.
