Bayam Jagung Tumis Kecap

Bahan-bahannya:
segenggam daun bayam
segenggam jagung manis pipil
1 siung bawang putih, iris
2 butir bawang merah, iris
2 buah cabe merah, iris
1 sendok makan minyak goreng
1 sendok makan kecap manis
30 mililiter kaldu sapi setengah sendok teh garam
setengah sendok teh lada putih bubuk
setengah sendok teh garam

Cara membuatnya:
1. Panaskan minyak goreng dengan api sedang.
2. Tumis bawang putih, bawang merah dan cabe merah hingga harum. 3. Tambahkan jagung pipil, daun bayam, kaldu sapi, dan kecap manis. Aduk rata.
4. Tambahkan garam, lada putih bubuk dan gula pasir. Aduk rata. Angkat. Sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng.

The ingredients:
a handful spinach leaf
a handful kernel corn 1 garlic, chopped
2 shallot, chopped
2 red chili pepper, chopped
1 table spoon oil
1 table spoon kecap manis 30 milliliters beef stock a half tea spoon salt
a half tea spoon white pepper powder
a half tea spoon sugar cane

The directions:
1. Medium-low heat oil.
2. Sauté garlic, shallot and red chili pepper until the aroma comes out. 3. Add corn, spinach, beef stock and kecap manis. Stir well.
4. Add salt, white pepper powder and sugar cane. Stir well. Remove. Serve with sprinkles of fried shallot.
