Mushroom & Cheese Thin Pizza

Aku suka pizza dengan kulit yang tipis renyah. Kebetulan, aku melihat di televisi kalau orang Jepang suka memakai kulit pangsit untuk membuat pizza renyah yang praktis. Aku pun mencobanya.

I like pizza with thin crust. And I watched some television programs showing that some Japanese used to make thin pizza conveniently using wonton skins. So I tried it out.

Bahan-bahannya:
4 lembar kulit pangsit siap pakai
1 sendok makan saus tomat
setengah sendok teh oregano kering
50 gram keju cheddar mudah meleleh, potong dadu
segenggam jamur kancing, iris tipis

Cara membuatnya:
1. Susun kulit pangsit di atas penggorengan anti lengket.
2. Olesi permukaannya dengan saus tomat, taburi dengan oregano kering. 3. Tambahkan jamur kancing dan keju cheddar.
4. Masak dengan api kecil selama kurang lebih 10-20 menit. Angkat. Sajikan.

The ingredients:
4 ready-to-use wonton skin
1 table spoon tomato ketchup
a half tea spoon dried orregano
50 grams quick melt cheddar cheese, diced
a handful champignon, sliced

The directions:
1. Arrange wonton skin on a large skillet.
2. Spread tomato ketchup over the surface, sprinkle dried orregano. 3. Add champignon and cheddar cheese.
4. Use low heat and cook for about 10-20 minuter. Remove. Serve.
