Beef & Mushroom Fettuccine

Kutemukan sedikit fetucine dan keju cheddar oranye. Kuolah saja bersama jamur kancing dan daging sapi cincang.

I found some fettuccine and some orange cheddar cheese. So, I cook them with champignon and minced beef.

Bahan-bahannya:
100 gram fetucine, rebus lalu tiriskan
setengah bawang bombay, iris
1 sendok makan minyak goreng
segenggam jamur kancing, iris
segenggam daging sapi cincang
150 mililiter susu tawar
2 sendok teh tepung maizena, larutkan dalam 3 sendok makan air
setengah sendok teh garam
setengah sendok teh lada putih bubuk
50 gram keju cheddar oranye, parut

Cara membuatnya:
1. Panaskan minyak dengan api sedang.
2. Tumis bawang bombay hingga harum.
3. Tambahkan daging sapi cincang. Tumis hingga berubah warna.
4. Tambahkan jamur kancing. Aduk rata.
5. Kecilkan api.
6. Tambahkan susu tawar, garam dan lada putih bubuk. Aduk rata.
7. Tambahkan larutan maizena. Aduk rata.
8. Tambahkan keju parut. Aduk rata. Angkat.
9. Siramkan di atas fetucine. Sajikan.

The ingredients:
100 grams fettuccine, boiled and strained
a half onion, chopped
1 table spoon oil
a handful champignon, sliced
a handful minced beef
150 milliliters plain milk
2 tea spoons cornstarch, dissolved in 3 table spoons water
a half tea spoon salt
a half tea spoon white pepper powder
50 grams orange cheddar cheese, shredded

The directions:
1. Medium-low heat oil.
2. Sauté onion until the aroma comes out.
3. Add minced beef. Sauté until its colour changed.
4. Add champignon. Stir.
5. Lower heat.
6. Add plain milk, salt and white pepper powder. Stir.
7. Add cornstarch. Stir well.
8. Add cheese. Stir well. Remove.
9. Pour over fettuccine. Serve.
