Spinach Cream Soup

Selamat tahun baru!

Happy new year!
Yesterday, I woke up with hangover. Not because I celebrated the new year’s eve with too much alcohol, but I was getting not enough sleep. I was not planning to celebrate and intended to go to bed like any other nights. Apparently, people love to share the moment with me and my beloved family. I remember Spinach Cream Soup I enjoyed on one of my visits to Losari Coffee Plantation & Resorts, I wanted to make my own. I thought, enjoying it hot will be refreshing.
