Choco Flakes Whole Wheat Bread

Setelah beberapa lama tertunda, akhirnya hari ini aku sempat membuat roti gandum sendiri.

Finally, I made my intention to bake my own whole wheat bread comes true.

Bahan-bahannya:
300 gram tepung terigu
200 gram oat
1 sendok teh garam
1 sendok teh ragi instan
1 sendok makan gula pasir
1 sendok makan margarin
100 mililiter air suam-suam kuku
50 gram coklat pekat, parut

Cara membuatnya:
1. Campur rata tepung terigu, oat, garam, ragi instan, gula pasir dan air suam-suam kuku.
2. Uleni hingga kalis.
3. Tutup dengan kain lembab selama kurang lebih 30 menit.
4. Kempeskan adonan dengan cara meninjunya.
Pipihkan adonan, taburkan coklat pekat, lalu uleni lagi hingga parutan coklat menyebar rata.
5. Bagi adonan menjadi 16 bagian. Tata pada baking pan yang permukaannya sudah diolesi margarin. 6. Panggang selama 50-60 menit. Angkat. Biarkan dingin. Sajikan.

The ingredients:
300 grams wheat flour 200 grams oat
1 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon instant yeast
1 table spoon sugar cane
1 table spoon margarine 100 milliliters lukewarm water
50 grams dark chocolate, shredded

The directions:
1. Mix well wheat flour, oat, salt, instant yeast, sugar and lukewarm water.
2. Mix using hands until the dough no longer sticky.
3. Cover using moisten fabric for 30 minutes.
4. Punch then flatten the dough. Sprinkle dark chocolate and mix well using hands.
5. Divide the dough into 16 portions. Place on baking pan.
6. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Remove. Let cool. Serve.
