Orange Milk Pudding

Keluargaku menyebutnya Puding Tahu, karena warnanya putih dengan semburat kuning. Namun, tidak mengandung tahu sama sekali. Hanya puding susu disiram sari jeruk. Paduan rasa susu dengan semburan rasa kecut segar jeruk.

My big family call it Tofu Pudding for its colour white with a hint of yellow. No tofu presence though. Only milk pudding poured with orange juice. Milky taste with fresh splash of tangy orange.

Bahan-bahannya:
2 sendok teh bubuk agar-agar
400 mililiter susu tawar
50 mililiter susu kental manis putih
setengah sendok teh bubuk vanili
100 mililiter sari jeruk

Cara membuatnya:
1. Campurkan bubuk agar-agar, susu tawar, susu kental manis dan bubuk vanili. 2. Didihkan sambil diaduk-aduk dengan api kecil. Angkat.
3. Biarkan uap panasnya hilang, lalu tuang ke cetakan. Biarkan mengeras.
4. Siram sari jeruk, kemudian simpan dalam chiller selama sekurangnya 2 jam. Sajikan.

The ingredients:
2 tea spoons agar-agar powder 400 milliliters plain milk
50 milliliters white condensed milk
a half tea spoon vanilla powder
100 milliliter orange juice

The directions:
1. Mix well agar-agar powder, plain milk, white condensed milk and vanilla powder. 2. Simmer while stirring it. Remove when it boils.
3. Let the hot vapor vanished, then pour into a mould. Let it harden. 4. Pour orange juice, then store in chiller for at least 2 hours. Serve.
