Fried Beef

Daging sapi goreng tepung ini cocok untuk dinikmati sebagai teman makan nasi, juga sekedar kudapan. Jangan lupa saus tomat dan saus sambalnya.

This fried beef is similar to Wiener Schnitzel. Good as side dish, either simply as delicious snack. Don’t forget to dip them in tomato sauce or chili sauce.

Bahan-bahannya:
200 gram daging sapi, iris
2 sendok makan tepung terigu
1 sendok makan tepung beras
setengah sendok teh garam
setengah sendok teh lada hitam tumbuk
setengah sendok teh bawang putih bubuk
150 mililiter minyak goreng

Cara membuatnya:
1. Campur tepung terigu, tepung beras, garam, lada hitam tumbuk, dan bawang putih bubuk.
2. Gulingkan irisan daging di tepung hingga seluruh permukaannya tertutup tepung.
3. Simpan dalam chiller selama sekurangnya 30 menit.
4. Panaskan minyak goreng dengan api sedang.
5. Goreng daging sapi yang telah diselubungi tepung hingga matang dan berwarna kecoklatan. Angkat. Tiriskan. Sajikan.

The ingredients:
200 grams beef, sliced
2 table spoons wheat flour
a table spoon white rice flour
a half tea spoon salt
a half tea spoon black pepper ground
a half tea spoon garlic powder
150 milliliters oil

The directions:
1. Mix well wheat flour, white rice flour, salt, black pepper ground and garlic powder.
2. Roll over beef slices on flour mix until fully covered.
3. Store in chiller for at least 30 minutes.
4. Medium-low heat oil.
5. Deep fry battered beef until golden brown. Remove. Strain. Serve.
