Mushroom Noodle

Bahan-bahannya:
50 gram mi kering, rebus selama 2 menit, tiriskan
1 butir bawang putih, haluskan
setengah bawang bombay, cincang
1 sendok makan minyak goreng
4 buah jamur kancing segar, iris
1 sendok makan kecap manis
setengah sendok teh garam
setengah sendok teh lada putih bubuk
setengah sendok teh gula pasir

Cara membuatnya:
1. Panaskan minyak goreng dengan api sedang.
2. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum.
3. Tambahkan jamur kancing. Aduk rata. Diamkan 1 menit.
4. Tambahkan mi, kecap manis, garam, lada putih bubuk dan gula pasir. Aduk rata. Angkat. Sajikan dengan taburan daun bawang iris dan bawang goreng, juga saus sambal, jika suka.

The ingredients:

a half onion, chopped
a table spoon oil
4 pieces champignon, sliced
a table spoon kecap manis
a half tea spoon salt
a half tea spoon white pepper powder
a half tea spoon sugar cane

The directions:
1. Medium-low heat oil.
2. Sauté garlic and onion until the aroma comes out.
3. Add champignon. Wait for a minute.
4. Add noodle, kecap manis, salt, white pepper powder and sugar cane. Stir well. Remove. Serve with sprinkles of chopped spring onion and fried shallot, also chili sauce, if you like to.
