Chicken Mushroom Tortilla

Hari Selasa siang, hujan turun membasahi bumi yang sempat terasa panas akibat aktivitas gunung Merapi yang meningkat, belakangan ini. Untuk makan siang, aku membuat tortila tepung, dengan isian ayam dan jamur.

Tuesday was a raining day, after the hot days for the increasing activity of Merapi, lately. For my lunch, I made chicken & mushroom flour tortilla.

Bahan-bahan tortilanya:
4 sendok makan tepung terigu
seperempat sendok teh garam
seperempat sendok teh baking powder
10 mililiter air hangat

Cara membuatnya:
1. Campurkan tepung terigu, garam dan baking powder.
2. Sambil diuleni dengan tangan, tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit.
3. Uleni hingga kalis.
4. Bagi adonan menjadi 4.
5. Giling masing-masing bagian dengan rolling pin hingga setebal 1 milimiter.
6. Panaskan penggorengan berpermukaan rata anti lengket dengan api kecil.
7. Masak adonan hingga garing. Angkat.

The flour tortilla ingredients:
4 table spoons wheat flour
a quarter tea spoon salt
a quarter tea spoon baking powder
10 milliliters lukewarm water

The directions:
1. Mix well wheat flour, salt and baking powder.
2. Add lukewarm water a little by a little, while mixing them using your hand.
3. Mix continuously until they are no longer sticky on your hands.
4. Divide the dough into 4 parts.
5. Roll each part of the dough using rolling pin until as thin as 1 millimeter.
6. Low heat a skillet.
7. Grill tortilla until crisp. Remove.

Bahan isiannya:
segenggam daging ayam suwir matang
segenggam jamur kancing, iris
1 sendok makan minyak goreng
1 sendok makan saus tiram
4 sendok teh mayones
4 sendok teh saus tomat
4 sendok teh saus sambal
segenggam keju chedar iris

Cara membuatnya:
1. Panaskan minyak goreng dengan api sedang.
2. Tumis ayam suwir, jamur kancing bersama saus tiram selama 2 menit. Angkat.
3. Isi masing-masing lembaran tortila dengan tumisan ayam jamur.
4. Tambahkan mayones, saus tomat dan saus sambal, serta keju.
5. Lipat lembaran tortila. Sajikan.

The filling ingredients:
a handful chicken, cooked, shredded
a handful champignon, sliced
1 table spoon oil
1 table spoon oyster sauce
4 tea spoons mayonnaise
4 tea spoons tomato ketchup
4 tea spoons chili sauce
a handful cheddar cheese, shredded

The directions:
1. Medium-low heat oil.
2. Sauté chicken shreds and champignon along with oyster sauce for 2 minutes. Remove.
3. Put a table spoon chicken mushroom sauté on each tortilla.
4. Add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and chili sauce, also cheddar cheese shredds.
5. Fold tortilla. Serve.

Nikmati bersama teh earl grey atau teh hijau.

Enjoy them with a cup of Earl Grey tea or green tea.
