Strawberry Salsa

Ini menu sarapan pagiku, hari Senin lalu. Nasi merah, brokoli krispi, dan salsa stroberi.

Look what I got for breakfast, last Monday! It was steamed brown rice, battered broccoli and strawberry salsa.

Bahan-bahannya:
segenggam stroberi, potong dadu
1 buah bawang merah, iris tipis
1 buah cabe merah, iris
sejumput garam
sejumput lada putih bubuk

Cara membuatnya:
1. Campurkan semua bahan.
2. Simpan dalam chiller selama sekurangnya 1 jam sebelum disajikan.

The ingredients:
a handful strawberry, cut into dices
a piece of shallot, sliced thinly
a piece of red chili pepper, chopped
a pinch of salt
a pinch of white pepper powder

The directions:
1. Mix well all ingredients.
2. Store in chiller for at least an hour towards serving.
