Two-Tone Pizza

Sudah sejak beberapa minggu lalu, aku ingin membuat pizza dengan roti yang tipis dan renyah. Hasilnya masih agak terlalu tebal. Tapi renyah.

Aku membuat dua macam pizza, manis dan gurih. Pizza yang manis, toppingnya adalah potongan pisang dan kismis. Pizza yang gurih, toppingnya adalah brokoli dan jamur.

Aku merasakan potongan pisang yang juicy dan taburan kismis yang garing pada pizza yang manis. Sedangkan jamur yang juicy dan kenyal serta brokoli yang renyah dan segar kurasakan dari pizza yang gurih.

It’s been weeks that I’m craving for pizza with crispy thin crust. But what I made was a bit too thick. At least I got it crispy.

I made two kinds of pizza. The sweet one is topped with banana slices and raisins. The savory one is topped with broccoli and mushroom.

I can feel juicy banana slices and dry raisins on the sweet one. While juicy and chewy mushroom also crunchy and refreshing broccoli from the savory one.

Bahan roti pizzanya:
200 gram tepung terigu
seperempat sendok teh garam
1 sendok teh ragi instan
setengah sendok teh gula pasir
1 gelas air hangat
1 sendok makan minyak goreng

Cara membuat roti pizzanya:
1. Campurkan tepung terigu dan garam.
2. Larutkan ragi instan dan gula pasir dalam air hangat.
3. Tuangkan sedikit demi sedikit ke campuran tepung terigu sambil diaduk dengan tangan.
4. Uleni hingga kalis, hhngga adonan tidak menempel lagi di tangan.
4. Tutup dengan serbet lembab. Diamkan selama 15-20 menit.
5. Kempeskan dengan cara meninju adonan.
6. Ratakan adonan di bagian dasar baking pan yang sudah diolesi minyak goreng.

The pizza crust’s ingredients:
200 grams wheat flour
a quarter tea spoon salt
a tea spoon instant yeast
a half tea spoon granulated sugar
a cup of lukewarm water
1 table spoon oil

The directions:
1. Mix well wheat flour and salt.
2. Dissolve instant yeast and sugar in lukewarm water.
3. Pour it a little by a little into the flour, while mixing them using your hand.
4. Cover with moisten fabric and let the fermentation process for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Punch the dough.6. Place the dough on the greased baking pan.

Bahan topping manis:
1 buah pisang kepok, kupas, potong-potong
segenggam kismis
1 sendok makan madu
50 gram keju cheddar, parut – lebih baik gunakan mozzarella, tapi waktu itu aku kehabisan

Bahan topping gurih:
segenggam brokoli, potong-potong
segenggam jamur merang, masing-masing dibelah dua
2 sendok makan saus tomat
50 gram keju cheddar, potong dadu

Cara membuatnya:
1. Oleskan madu di separuh roti pizza, oleskan saus tomat di sisanya.
2. Taburkan potongan pisang dan kismis di atas olesan madu.
3. Taburkan potongan brokoli, jamur dan keju di atas olesan saus tomat.
4. Taburkan keju parut di atas seluruh pizza.
5. Panggang baking pan di atas api kecil selama 45-60 menit.

The sweet topping ingredients:
a piece of banana, peeled, cut
a handful of raisins
a table spoon of honey
50 grams cheddar cheese, shredded – better using mozzarella, but I was running out of stock

The savory topping ingredients:
a handful broccoli, cut
a handful straw mushroom
2 table spoons tomato ketchup
50 grams cheddar cheese, cut into dices

The directions:
1. Spread honey on the surface of a half the crust. Spread tomato ketchup on the rest.
2. Sprinkle banana and raisins over honey spread.
3. Sprinkle broccoli, mushroom and cheese dices over tomato ketchup spread.
4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the whole pizza.
5. Bake with low heat for about 45 to 60 minutes.
