Baking Pan Bread

Ini adalah resep Oma. Bisa diisi kismis, bisa diisi keju, bisa diisi coklat, apa saja yang disukai.

This is Oma’s bread recipe. We could choose the filling from raisins, cheese, to chocolate. Or anything you like.

Bahan-bahannya:
1 kilogram tepung terigu
12 sendok makan gula pasir
11 gram ragi instan
200 gram mentega
2 gelas air agak hangat
segenggam kismis
200 gram keju cheddar, parut

Cara membuatnya:
1. Campur tepung terigu, gula pasir dan ragi instan.
2. Tambahkan mentega dan air. Uleni dengan tangan selama kurang lebih 15 menit hingga adonan tidak menempel lagi di tangan.
3. Tutup dengan serbet lembab. Diamkan 30-50 menit.
4. Tinju adonan yang sudah mengembang agar udara yang terkumpul di dalam adonan selama fermentasi dapat keluar.
5. Bagi adonan menjadi 12 bagian.
6. Isi 6 bagian dengan kismis, lalu diatur di baking pan.
7. Isi 6 bagian lagi dengan keju cheddar, kemudian diatur di baking pan. Taburi bagian atasnya dengan keju cheddar parut, sebagai tanda kalau roti tersebut isi keju.
8. Panggang dengan api kecil selama 40-60 menit.
9. Setelah matang dan kecoklatan, angkat dan dinginkan. Sajikan.

The ingredients:
1 kilogram wheat flour
12 table spoons sugar
11 grams instant yeast
200 grams butter
2 cups lukewarm water
a handful raisin
200 grams cheddar cheese, grated

The directions:
1. Mix wheat flour, sugar and instant yeast.
2. Add butter and water. Mix using your hands for about 15 minutes until the dough is no longer sticky.
3. Cover with moisten napkins. Wait for 30-50 minutes.
4. Punch the dough, to get the fermentation air out.
5. Divide the dough into 12 parts.
6. Fill 6 parts of them with raisins, then organize them in the baking pan.
7. Fill the rest 6 parts of them with cheddar cheese, then organize them in the baking pan.Sprinkles the top with cheddar cheese as the sign that their filling is cheese.
8. Bake with low heat for about 40-60 minutes.
9. When they turn golden brown, remove then let cool. Serve.
