Ini adalah bentuk lain dari Roti Goreng Coklat. Aku memakai coklat putih dan menambahkan kacang tanah cincang sebagai isi roti tersebut. Aku suka sensasi garing di bagian luar roti dan kelembutan bagian dalam roti berpadu dengan rasa manis dan aroma wangi dari coklat putih yang lumer dan kacang tanah sangrai yang renyah.

This is a modified version of Roti Goreng Coklat. I use white chocolate and crushed peanut as filling. I love the crisp sensation of the outer part of the bread and the soft feeling of the inner part of it, combined with the sweet aroma of the melted white chocolate and the crunchiness of the crushed peanut.

Bahan-bahannya:
250 gram tepung terigu
2 sendok makan susu bubuk
1 sendok makan madu
setengah sendok teh garam
1 sendok teh ragi instan
1 butir telur
2 sendok makan mentega
coklat putih, potong dadu ukuran 1 centimeter
2 sendok makan kacang tanah, cincang, sangrai
200 mililiter minyak goreng

Cara membuatnya:
1. Campur tepung terigu, susu bubuk, garam dan ragi instan.
2. Tambahkan telur, madu dan mentega. Uleni hingga kalis.
3. Tutup dengan serbet lembab. Diamkan 30-50 menit.
4. Tekan adonan dengan tangan.
5. Ambil sebesar bola pingpong. Pipihkan lalu letakkan coklat putih dan sejumput kacang tanah cincang. Bulatkan hingga isian berada di bagian tengah.
6. Ulangi hingga adonan habis. Diamkan 5-10 menit.
7. Panaskan minyak dengan api sedang.
8. Goreng roti hingga kecoklatan. Angkat. Tiriskan.

The ingredients:
250 grams wheat flour
2 table spoons plain milk powder
1 table spoon honey
a half tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon instant yeast
1 egg
2 table spoons butter
white chocolate compound, cut into dices 1 centimeter
2 table spoons peanut, crushed
200 milliliters oil

The directions:
1. Mix wheat flour, milk powder, salt and instant yeast.
2. Add egg, honey and butter. Mix well using your hands.
3. Cover the dough using moisten fabric for about 30-50 minutes.
4. Push the fermented dough using your hands.
5. Take approximately the measure of a ping pong ball. Flatten then put the white chocolate dice and a pinch of crushed peanut then make ball so the filling is on the center of the ball.
6. Repeat the same way to the rest of the dough. Wait for about 5-10 minutes.
7. Medium-low heat oil.
8. Deep fry the bread balls until they turn golden brown. Remove. Strain.
