Chocolate Cassava Balls

Lagi-lagi, aku mengolah singkong menjadi kudapan. Bisa dibilang, ini adalah variasi dari getuk.

Bahan-bahannya:
250 gram singkong
200 gram coklat pekat, lelehkan

Cara membuatnya:
1. Kupas singkong, lalu cuci bersih. Kukus selama 20-30 menit hingga empuk.
2. Haluskan singkong yang sudah empuk dengan menggunakan garpu. Buang sumbunya.
3. Ambil singkong yang sudah dihaluskan sebanyak 1 sendok teh. Bentuk bola-bola.
4. Celupkan bola-bola singkong ke dalam coklat pekat leleh.
5. Simpan dalam lemari es selama 30 menit.

I made cassava into snack again. I think this is a modification of getuk.

The ingredients:
250 grams cassava
200 grams dark chocolate compound, melted

The directions:
1. Peel cassava, wash. Steam for about 20-30 minutes until tender.
2. Mash the steamed cassava using fork. Discard the inner parts.
3. Take 1 tea spoon mashed cassava, make a ball. Repeat to the rest of the mashed cassava.
4. Dip cassava balls into melted dark chocolate, one by one.
5. Store in chiller for about 30 minutes.
