Singkong Keju Coklat

Singkong adalah makanan sederhana namun mengandung karbohidrat kompleks yang lambat dicerna tubuh, sehingga tidak cepat lapar lagi dan kadar gula darah tetap terjaga.

Kukus singkong yang sudah dikupas dan dicuci bersih hingga lunak. Kira-kira 30-45 menit.

Sajikan dengan taburan keju cheddar parut, lalu tambahkan saus coklat di atasnya.

Dapat dinikmati saat masih hangat, juga didinginkan dulu di lemari pendingin.

Cassava is a kind of cheap food with complex carbohydrates. It will take a longer time to be digested, and keep your blood sugar level controlled.

Steam cassava, washed and peeled, until tender. Approximately 30-45 minutes.

Serve with sprinkles of cheddar cheese shredded, then top with chocolate sauce.

Enjoy when it’s warm, or store it in the chiller before serving.
