Caramel Ice Tea

Minuman dingin dan manis ini sangat menyegarkan. Cocok dinikmati di siang hari nan terik.

Seduh 1 sendok teh daun teh English Breakfast dengan 150 mililiter air yang baru mendidih selama 3-4 menit. Saring.

Panaskan 2 sendok teh gula pasir pada wajan anti lengket dengan api kecil. Lakukan sebentar saja, hingga mulai terbentuk karamel, namun tidak sampai hangus. Angkat.

Tuangkan teh ke dalam shaker. Tambahkan gula karamel dan 4 blok es batu. Kocok hingga gula larut dan teh menjadi dingin merata. Sajikan.

Brew 1 tea spoon English Breakfast leaf tea in 150 milliliters freshly boiled water for about 3-4 minutes. Strain.

Low heat 2 tea spoons sugar on a pan. Do this quickly so that the sugar will for caramel and not overcooked. Take it out of the heat.

Pour tea into a shaker. Add caramel and 4 cubes of ice. Shake until caramel dissolves and the tea entirely cool. Serve.
