Bubur Kaldu Wortel

Kalau sedang punya banyak waktu, nasi sisa bisa diolah menjadi bubur. Sangat mudah dan sedap untuk sarapan pagi. Tapi jangan terlalu sering dan jangan terlalu banyak. Nilai glikemik indeksnya cukup tinggi, kadar gula darah bisa kacau.

Seduh 1 sendok teh daun teh beraroma jahe dengan 1 gelas air mendidih selama 3-4 menit. Saring.

Didihkan 2 gelas air kaldu ayam dan teh jahe. Tambahkan nasi dan 1 buah wortel yang dipotong dadu kecil.

Setelah nasi menjadi bubur dan wortel empuk, tambahkan bawang putih bubuk, garam serta lada hitam tumbuk secukupnya. Aduk rata. Angkat. Sajikan dengan krupuk favorit.

If you have more time, you can make porridge from rice leftovers. It’s very easy and great for breakfast. But be careful for its high GI.

Brew 1 tea spoon black tea leaf with ginger aroma for 3-4 minutes with 1 cup of freshly boiled water. Strain.

Boil 2 cups chicken broth and the ginger tea infusion. Add steamed rice leftovers and 1 carrot cut into small dices.

After the rice turned into porridge and the carrot is tender, add a pinch of garlic powder, also a pinch of salt and black pepper ground. Stir well. Take it out of the heat. Serve with your favourite krupuk.
