Choco Latte

Kebetulan, seorang teman membawakan oleh-oleh kopi Blandongan dari Yogyakarta. Aku bukan pecinta kopi robusta, karena rasanya agak seperti tanah. Tapi, aku bisa membuatnya menjadi lebih menyenangkan.

Seduh 2 sendok teh kopi dan 1 sendok teh coklat bubuk dengan air mendidih. Tambahkan 1 sendok makan susu kental manis putih. Aduk rata. Terakhir, tambahkan 30 mililiter susu tawar cair. Tunggu hingga kopi mengendap, lalu nikmati bersama kudapan favorit.

A friend recently just come back from visit to Yogyakarta and brought us Blandongan coffee. I’m not a robusta coffee lover, for its soil-like taste. But I can make it a bit fun.

Brew 2 tea spoons ground coffee and 1 tea spoon cocoa powder with freshly boiled water. Add 1 table spoon white condensed milk. Stir well. Last but not least, add 30 milliliters fresh plain milk. Wait until the ground coffee settles on the bottom of the cup, the enjoy it with your favourite snack.
