Nasi Goreng Sapi

Hari ini, aku masak nasi goreng lagi. Kebetulan, kemarin, suamiku tersayang beli seperempat kilo daging sapi, yang sudah dipotong-potong bentuk dadu. Tadinya cuma aku rebus aja sampai empuk. Terus bingung mau diapain. Sempat terpikir mau ditumis dengan nanas atau saus teriyaki. Tapi akhirnya kubikin nasi goreng saja.

Lelehkan 2 sendok makan margarin dengan api sedang. Buat telur orak-arik.

Setelah telur tidak lengket lagi, tambahkan 2 siung bawang putih cincang, setengah bawang bombay cincang, 3 buah cabe merah iris. Tumis sampai harum.

Tambahkan seperempat kilo daging sapi yang dipotong dadu dan direbus hingga empuk, nasi, serta garam, lada hitam tumbuk dan kecap manis sesuai selera. Aduk rata. Angkat. Sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng.

Yesterday, my beloved hubby bought a quarter kilo beef cut into dice. I just boil it until tender and don’t know what to cook. I was thinking about beef & pineapple stir fry or beef teriyaki. But then I decided to cook beef fried rice.

Melt 2 table spoons margarine on medium low heat. Make scrambled eggs.

After the eggs are not sticky anymore, add 2 garlic chopped, a half onion chopped, and 3 red chili peppers chopped. Sauté them until the aroma comes out.

Add a quarter kilo beef, cut into dice and boiled until tender, steamed rice, also salt, black pepper ground and sweet soy sauce according to taste. Stir well. Take it out of the heat. Serve with sprinkles of fried shallot.
