Nasi Goreng Jamur

Nasi goreng memang masakan yang paling mudah disiapkan, terutama untuk mengolah nasi sisa sebagai menu sarapan pagi yang praktis. Kali ini, aku mau bikin nasi goreng jamur.

Lelehkan 1 sendok makan margarin dengan api sedang. Buat telur orak-arik.

Setelah telur tidak lengket lagi, tambahkan 1 siung bawang putih cincang, setengah bawang bombay iris tipis dan 2 buah cabe merah iris. Tumis hingga harum.

Tambahkan nasi, jamur kancing iris, sedikit garam dan lada hitam tumbuk, serta kecap manis sesuai selera. Aduk rata. Angkat. Sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng. Nikmati bersama secangkir teh Earl Grey hangat.

Fried rice is an easy way to prepare a simple breakfast. Today, I’m going to cook mushroom fried rice.

Melt 1 table spoon margarine with medium low heat. Make a scrambled egg.

After the egg is no longer sticky, add 1 garlic chopped, a half onion chopped, and 2 pieces red chili pepper. Sauté them until the aroma comes out.

Add steamed rice, a handful champignon sliced, a pinch of salt and black pepper ground, also sweet soy sauce according to taste. Stir well. Take it out of the heat. Serve with sprinkles of fried shallot. Enjoy with a cup of warm Earl Grey tea.
