Ginger Milk Tea

Minuman hangat ini sangat cocok dinikmati sore atau malam hari. Sambil mengobrol dengan orang-orang tersayang, atau sekedar membolak-balik halaman majalah. Penyiapannya pun sangat mudah.

Didihkan 2 gelas air. Tambahkan 2 sendok teh daun teh English Breakfast, 1 sendok makan gula jawa, dan 4 cm jahe segar yang sudah dikupas dan digeprek. Setelah warna dan aromanya keluar, angkat. Saring hingga didapat 1 gelas air panas berwarna coklat yang beraroma.

Tambahkan 2 sendok makan susu kental manis putih. Aduk rata. Sajikan.

This hot aromatic traditional drink is good to be enjoyed in the late afternoon or in the evening. While have a chat with beloved people, or merely having your own time with your favourite magazine. It’s easy to prepare though.

Boil 2 cups of water. Add 2 tea spoons English Breakfast leaf tea, 1 table spoon palm sugar, and 4 centimeters fresh ginger-peeled and crushed. After the colour and the aroma comes out, take it out of the heat. Strain, so we got 1 cup of brown coloured hot aromatic liquid.

Add 2 table spoons of white condensed milk. Stir well. Serve.
