Creamy Pasta for Dummies

Aku lebih suka pasta dengan saus yang creamy, daripada pasta dengan saus tomat. Aku memang pecandu produk susu.

Rebus spageti hingga tingkat kematangan yang disukai. Tiriskan. Aduk dengan sedikit minyak.

Lelehkan 1 sendok makan mentega dengan api kecil. Tumis 1 bawang putih rajang hingga harum.

Tambahkan setengah gelas susu tawar cair, sedikit garam dan lada hitam tumbuk, 2 sendok makan keju cheddar parut dan 1 sendok teh tepung maizena. Aduk rata. Angkat. Siramkan di atas spageti. Jika suka, tambahkan saus tomat dan saus sambal saat penyajian.

I actually prefer pasta with creamy sauce than the one with tomato sauce. I am dairy junky though.

Boil spaghetti to the tenderness you prefer. Strain. Stir with a little oil.

Melt 1 table spoon butter on low heat. Sauté 1 garlic chopped until the aroma comes out.

Add a half cup plain fresh milk, a pinch of salt and black pepper ground, 2 table spoons shredded cheddar cheese and 1 tea spoon cornstarch. Stir well. Take it out of the heat. Pour over spaghetti. Serve with tomato ketchup and chili sauce, if you like to.
