Taoge Tahu Kecap

Lagi-lagi teman makan nasi yang sederhana, mudah disiapkan namun cukup bergizi. Rasanya pun nggak buruk-buruk amat.

Panaskan 1 sendok makan minyak goreng dengan api sedang. Tumis 1 siung bawang putih geprek dan setengah bawang bombay iris tipis hingga harum.

Tambahkan 2 buah tahu kuning dipotong dadu ukuran 1 cm dan setengah gelas air. Tunggu mendidih.

Tambahkan segenggam taoge, sedikit garam dan lada hitam tumbuk, serta 1 sendok makan kecap manis. Aduk hingga tercampur rata. Tunggu 1 menit. Angkat. Sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng.

Medium low heat 1 table spoon oil. Sauté 1 garlic crushed and a half onion chopped until the aroma comes out.

Add 2 pieces yellow tofu cut into cubes, 1 centimeter each and a half cup of water. Bring to boil.

Add a handful mung bean sprouts, a pinch of salt and black pepper ground and a table spoon sweet soy sauce. Stir well. Wait a minute, then take it out of the heat. Serve with sprinkles of fried shallot.
