Nasi Goreng Sapi Cincang

Salah satu menu sarapan pagi versiku ini sangat mudah tapi cukup spesial. Aku memang menyimpan daging sapi cincang yang sudah ditumis bersama bawang putih geprek di dalam boks plastik, dalam freezer. Jadi, aku tinggal menambahkannya dalam masakanku.

Panaskan 1 sendok makan mentega dengan api sedang. Buat telur orak arik.

Jika telur sudah tidak lengket, tambahkan 1 siung bawang putih geprek, setengah bawang bombay iris dan 2 buah cabe merah iris. Aduk-aduk hingga harum.

Tambahkan nasi matang, daging sapi cincang, sedikit garam dan lada hitam geprek serta kecap manis sesuai selera. Aduk rata. Angkat. Sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng.

This beef fried rice is one of my own breakfast menu. Very easy to prepare yet special. I do stock minced beef, sautéd with garlic, placed in a plastic box, in the freezer. So, all I need to do is simply add it when cooking.

Medium low heat 1 table spoon butter. Make scrambled egg.

When the egg is no longer sticky, add 1 garlic crushed, a half onion chopped, and 2 pieces red chili pepper. Stir until the aroma comes out.

Add steamed white rice, cooked minced beef, a pinch of salt and black pepper ground, also sweet soy sauce according to taste. Stir well. Take it out of the heat. Serve with sprinkles of fried shallot.
