Ayam Goreng Tepung Beku

Semakin dekat waktuku melahirkan Bebi Vendra Galeny, aku sadar harus mempersiapkan segalanya sebaik mungkin. Mulai dari mengumpulkan berbagai perlengkapan, menata rumah, mencari sebanyak mungkin pengetahuan, sampai latihan fisik. Ngomong-ngomong soal fisik, makanan tentu tak luput dari perhatian. Penyiapan makanan praktis pun mulai kupelajari.

Terinspirasi dari frozen chicken yang banyak dijual di supermarket, aku ingin membuat frozen chicken sendiri. Bebas bahan pengawet kimiawi, pastinya.

Potong-potong setengah ekor ayam sesuai selera. Bisa juga memakai daging ayam tanpa tulang. Aku dan suamiku tersayang biasanya membeli potongan paha atas atau paha bawah. Jadinya seragam dan menghindari konflik.

Rebus ayam bersama 2 siung bawang putih geprek hingga matang. Biarkan dingin.

Siapkan boks plastik.

Tutup boks, lalu guncangkan agar seluruh permukaan ayam terbalur tepung. Masukkan ke dalam freezer.

Welcome to My World!

Kapanpun ingin makan ayam goreng tepung, tinggal ambil di freezer lalu goreng. Jangan lupakan saus tomat dan saus sambal saat penyajian.

Welcome to My World!

As the clock ticking heading to the arrival of Bebi Vendra Galeny, I realize that I must be prepared for everything. Shopping for gears, nesting, searching for as much knowledge, to physical exercises. Speaking of physical, food is the essential issue for me. I’m preparing myself with practical recipes as well.

Inspired by frozen chicken sold at the stores, I’d lile to make my own version. Free of chemical preservatives for sure.

Cut a half chicken into portions. You can either use boneless fillets. Even me and my beloved hubby always use chicken thighs. So the portions are similar and we’re saved from conflict.

Boil chicken with 2 crushed garlic until tender all over. Then let it cool.

Fill out a plastic container with 75 grams wheat flour, 75 grams rice flour, salt and crushed black pepper whole.

Put chicken into the plastic container. The broth can be used to cook other meals or else freeze it. Close the plastic container, shake gently so the chicken would be fully covered with flour. Store it in freezer.

Whenever you want to eat fried chicken, just as simple as taking it from the freezer then fry it. Don’t forget tomato ketchup and chili sauce upon serving.
