Cold Choco Cake

Coklat adalah salah satu favoritku. Kali ini, aku mau bikin kue coklat yang sederhana dan mudah.

Lelehkan 125 gram dark chocolate compound dan 1 sendok makan mentega. Jika sudah benar-benar meleleh, tambahkan 200 mililiter krim kental. Aduk-aduk hingga tercampur rata. Kemudian, tambahkan 1 sendok teh rum.

Tumbuk 100 gram biskuit marie gandum hingga hancur. Campurkan ke dalam coklat leleh. Tambahkan segenggam kismis dan segenggam kacang mete sangrai yang ditumbuk kasar. Bisa diganti dengan buah-buahan kering atau jenis kacang lainnya, sesuai selera. Aduk rata.

Masukkan ke dalam cetakan. Biarkan dingin. Dinginkan dalam lemari es sebelum disajikan.

Nikmati bersama segelas teh peppermint. Rasa coklat yang manis pahit dan creamy, berpadu dengan semriwingnya daun peppermint akan menimbulkan sensasi rasa segar di mulut.

Chocolate is one of my favourites. This is my own version of cold chocolate cake. Very simple and easy to prepare.

Melt 125 grams dark chocolate and 1 table spoon butter. When they melted, add 200 milliliters cream. Stir well. Then add 1 tea spoon rum.

Crush 100 grams whole wheat Marie biscuit. Mix it to chocolate. Add a handful raisin and a handful crushed cashew nut. Mix well. You can substitute them with other types dried fruit or nut, as you like.

Pour to the mould.Cool it. Put it in the chiller before serving.

Enjoy it with a cup of peppermint leaves infusion. The bitter sweet and creamy taste of chocolate, mixed with cool taste of peppermint leaves would give a refreshing sensation.
