Pangsit Sapi Keju

Penyiapan cemilan ini sangat mudah. Secepat menghabiskannya.

Panaskan 1 sendok makan minyak goreng dengan api sedang. Tumis 1 siung bawang putih geprek hingga harum. Tambahkan 100 gram daging sapi cincang. Aduk-aduk rata hingga daging matang.

Ambil 1 buah kulit pangsit siap pakai. Letakkan 1 sendok teh daging di bagian tengah kulit pangsit. Tambahkan 1 sendok teh keju parut. Lalu lipat kulit pangsit. Rekatkan ujung-ujungnya dengan air. Lakukan yang sama pada kulit-kulit pangsit yang lain.

Goreng dalam banyak minyak panas dengan api sedang hingga keemasan. Tiriskan.

Campurkan 2 sendok makan mayones, 1 sendok makan saus tomat dan 1 sendok makan saus sambal. Aduk rata.

Sajikan pangsit goreng dengan saus. Nikmati bersama segelas teh hitam melati hangat.

This is my own version of beef and cheese wonton. Easy to prepare and great for snacking.

Medium low heat 1 table spoon oil. Sauté 1 crushed garlic until the aroma comes out. Add 100 grams minced beef. Stir well and wait until the beef well cooked.

Put 1 tea spoon cooked minced beef upon a piece of ready-to-use wonton wrapper. Add 1 tea spoon shredded cheddar cheese. Fold the wonton wrapper, use a few drops of water to make it sealed. Repeat the same way to other wonton wrappers.

Fry in plenty of oil with medium high heat until they turn golden brown. Strain.

Mix 2 table spoons mayonnaise, 1 table spoon tomato ketchup and 1 table spoon chili sauce. Stir well.

Serve fried wonton with the sauce. Enjoy it with a cup of warm jasmine black tea.
