Calamari

Resep ini sama dengan Udang Goreng Tepung. Bedanya, udang diganti dengan cumi-cumi.

Bersihkan 4 ekor cumi-cumi ukuran sedang, lalu potong-potong. Rendam dalam 100 gram yoghurt. Untuk rasa yang unik, kali ini aku menggunakan yoghurt rasa stroberi.

Gulingkan cumi-cumi ke tepung bumbu hingga terbalur seluruhnya. Goreng dalam minyak yang banyak dan panas hingga coklat keemasan atau tingkat kematangan yang disukai. Angkat, tiriskan.

Sajikan dengan saus tomat, saus sambal dan mayones.

This is my own version of calamari. Basically, it’s similar with Udang Goreng Tepung.

Wash and clean 4 medium squid, then cut. Add 100 grams yoghurt. For a unique taste, I use the one with strawberry flavour.

Put them in a bowl of coating mix and let each cut fully covered with flour. Deep fry them in plenty of oil with medium high heat until they turn golden brown, or as you like. Strain.

Serve with tomato ketchup, chili sauce and mayonnaise.
