Chicken Teriyaki Noodle

Goreng ayam goreng tepung beku hingga matang. Tiriskan. Potong-potong dagingnya, buang tulangnya.

Rebus mie kering, lalu tiriskan. Aduk-aduk dengan 1 sendok makan minyak agar tidak lengket.

Haluskan 1 siung bawang putih, 1 buah bawang merah dan 2 buah cabe merah. Panaskan 2 sendok makan minyak goreng dengan api sedang. Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi. Lalu buat telur orak-arik.

Jika telur sudah tidak lengket, tambahkan mie, sedikit garam dan lada hitam bubuk serta 2 sendok makan kecap. Aduk-aduk hingga tercampur rata.

Tambahkan daun bawang dan seledri cincang. Aduk-aduk lagi. Angkat. Taburi bawang goreng.

Panaskan 2 sendok makan margarin dengan api sedang. Tumis setengah buah bawang bombay cincang hingga harum. Tambahkan ayam goreng.

Tuang 3 sendok makan saus teriyaki dan 1 sendok makan kecap asin serta sedikit lada hitam bubuk. Aduk rata. Angkat. Sajikan bersama mie goreng.

Nikmati mie goreng ayam teriyaki dengan secangkir teh earl grey hangat tanpa gula. Aroma bergamot dari teh earl grey yang dipadukan dengan rasa ayam dan mie berbumbu akan menimbulkan sensasi rasa unik yang halus membelai lidah.

Deep fry ayam goreng tepung beku. Strain. Remove the bones.

Boil noodle then strain. Stir with 1 table spoon oil.

Crush 1 piece garlic, 1 piece shallot, and 2 pieces red chili pepper. Medium heat 2 table spoon oil, sauté the crushed spices until the aroma comes out. Then make scrambled egg.

Add noodle, a pinch of salt and black pepper powder, also 2 table spoons sweet soy sauce. Stir well.

Add chopped spring onion and chopped celery. Stir again for a minute or two. Take it out of the heat. Sprinkle with fried shallot.

Medium low heat 2 table spoons margarine. Sauté a half onion chopped. Add fried chicken.

Add 3 table spoons teriyaki sauce, a pinch of black pepper powder and 1 table spoon salted soy sauce. Mix well for a moment. Take it out of the heat. Serve over fried noodle.

Enjoy chicken teriyaki noodle with a cup of hot Earl Grey tea. The aroma of bergamot meets the taste of spicy noodle and chicken, will cuddle your palate with a smooth sensation.
