Strawberry Jelly

Sama seperti kebanyakan orang, suamiku lebih suka konyaku jelly daripada agar-agar. Cara membuatnya pun lebih mudah. Tanpa vla atau saus pun sudah cukup bikin nggak bisa berhenti memakannya.

Masak dengan api sangat kecil 3 gelas air, 3 sendok makan gula pasir dan 1 bungkus bubuk konyaku jelly rasa stroberi. Aduk-aduk hingga mulai mendidih, lalu matikan api. Aduk-aduk lagi hingga uap panas mulai berkurang, lalu tuang ke dalam cetakan.

Dinginkan dalam lemari es sebelum disajikan. Tambahkan sedikit sirup melon pada saat penyajian untuk memberi sensasi aroma yang agak lain.

Just like most people, my beloved hubby prefers konyaku jelly to agar-agar. It’s easier to prepare though. To be served without sauce would be just nice.

Simmer 3 cups water, 3 table spoons sugar, and 1 pack strawberry flavoured konnyaku jelly powder. Stir continuosly until it simmers then turn off the heat. Stir again until the hot vapor starts to disappear, then put into the mould.

Chill it before serving. To give a different taste sensation, pour a little melon syrup.
