Ikan Mas Goreng

Menu kami hari ini sangat sederhana dan mudah penyiapannya, yaitu ikan mas goreng dan sambal kecap. Disantap bersama nasi putih hangat dan krupuk udang, apalagi bersama orang-orang tersayang pula, tentu nikmatnya luar biasa.

Bersihkan ikan mas, lalu lumuri dengan garam, lada hitam, bubuk jahe dan perasan jeruk nipis. Diamkan 10-15 menit, lalu goreng dengan banyak minyak panas hingga tingkat kematangan yang disukai. Aku dan suamiku tersayang suka yang garing.

Our today’s menu is very simple yet easy to prepare. It’s fried common carp fish with sambal kecap. To be enjoyed with freshly steamed white rice and krupuk udang, also with the beloved people, it would be incredibly nice.

Wash common carp fish, then sprinkle salt, black pepper, ginger powder and squeeze lime juice. Marinate for about 10 to 15 minutes, then deep fry them in medium-high heated oil. We like them brownish and crispy.

    1. Wah, dasar kimcil! Tanya Bapak sama Ibumu deh, taun 80an sampe 90an ikan yang bisa dimakan tu cuma ikan mas. Belum macem-macem kaya sekarang. Katanya vintage lover? Hehehe…
