Fried Rice for Dummies

Kalau ada nasi sisa, biasanya paling enak dan praktis dibikin nasi goreng. Yang ini adalah resep nasi goreng yang sangat sederhana dan mudah. Orang yang seumur hidupnya belum pernah memasak pun pasti bisa.

Panaskan 1 sendok makan minyak goreng dengan api sedang. Buat telur orak-arik.

Setelah telur tidak lengket lagi, masukkan nasi. Tambahkan saus tomat, saus sambal, kecap, garam dan lada sesuai selera. Aduk-aduk hingga tercampur rata. Angkat. Sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng dan krupuk favoritmu.

This is a very simple and easy recipe to make fried rice from leftovers. Even people that never cooked before could make it.

Medium low heat 1 table spoon oil. Make scrambled egg.

When the egg is not sticky anymore, add the leftover rice. Add tomato ketchup, chili sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt and black pepper as you like. Stir well. Take it out of the heat. Serve with sprinkles of fried shallot and your favourite krupuk.
