Puding Kopi Vla Stroberi

Masak dengan api sangat kecil, setengah gelas air, 3 sendok teh agar-agar bubuk bening, 1 sendok makan gula pasir, 2 sendok teh kopi instan bubuk, dan 1 gelas susu cair tawar rendah lemak. Aduk-aduk terus agar tidak terjadi gumpalan. Jika sudah mulai mendidih, matikan api. Aduk-aduk lagi hingga uap panas mulai hilang, lalu tuang ke dalam cetakan.

Buat vlanya. Masak dengan api sangat kecil, setengah gelas air, 1 gelas susu cair rasa stroberi, 100 ml yogurt stroberi, 1 sendok makan tepung maizena. Aduk-aduk terus agar tidak muncul gumpalan. Jika sudah mulai mendidih, matikan api. Aduk-aduk lagi hingga uap panas mulai menghilang.

Lebih nikmat jika puding dan vla didinginkan di lemari es, sebelum disajikan. Rasa puding yang manis dengan aroma pahit kopi, berpadu dengan vla stroberi yang kecut dan tidak terlalu manis, tentunya akan memberikan sensasi rasa yang unik.

Simmer a half cup water, 3 tea spoons plain agar-agar powder, 1 table spoon sugar, 2 tea spoons instant coffee powder, and 1 cup low fat plain milk. Stir continuously to avoid granules. When it simmers, turn off the heat. Stir again until the hot vapor starts to disappear. Pour into the mould.

Let’s make the sauce. Simmer a half cup water, 1 cup strawberry flavoured low fat milk, 100 milliliters strawberry yoghurt, 1 table spoon cornstarch. Stir continuously to avoid granules. When it simmers, turn off the heat. Stir again until the hot vapor starts to disappear.

It will be nice to chill the pudding and the sauce before serving. The bitter sweet taste of coffee pudding, mixed with sour and creamy taste of the strawberry sauce, would give a unique sensation.
