Tahu Bayam Tumis

Sedang sering merasa lesu dan mudah lelah? Berarti sedang kurang darah alias anemia tuh. Coba masakan yang mengandung banyak zat besi ini, sebelum mengambil jalan pintas menenggak suplemen tambah darah. Sangat sederhana dan mudah membuatnya. Nikmat dimakan bersama nasi putih yang masih mengepul dan kerupuk.

Potong dadu 4 buah tahu putih. Goreng dalam minyak yang banyak dengan api sedang. Angkat jika telah mencapai tingkat kematangan yang diinginkan. Tiriskan.

Tumis 2 siung bawang putih geprek, 3 buah cabe merah iris serong, setengah bawang bombay iris dan 2 cm lengkuas geprek hingga harum. Tambahkan daun bayam yang sudah dibersihkan, sedikit air dan tahu yang sudah digoreng tadi. Jangan lupa garam dan merica. Aduk-aduk hingga semua tercampur rata. Angkat, sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng.

This is one of easy vegetable dish to help when I feel a little anemia. Great to be enjoyed with freshly steamed white rice and krupuk.

Cut 4 white tofu into small cubes. Fry them in plenty of oil with medium low heat. When they turn golden brown, or as you like, take them out of the heat and strain.

Sauté 2 pieces crushed garlic, 3 pieces red chili pepper cut, a half onion chopped and 2 centimeters galangal crushed until the aroma comes out. Add spinach leaves, a little water and the fried tofu. Don’t forget a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir it until mixed well. Take out of the heat, serve with sprinkles of fried shallot.
