Kacang Panjang Taoge Tumis Ikan Suwir

Suwir-suwir daging ikan tongkol. Goreng hingga matang. Tingkat kematangan bisa disesuaikan dengan selera. Kebetulan, aku suka ikan yang garing kecoklatan. Angkat, lalu tiriskan.

Haluskan 2 siung bawang putih, 2 buah bawang merah dan 5 buah cabe merah. Panaskan 1 sendok minyak goreng dengan api sedang. Tumis bumbu halus bersama setengah bawang bombay cincang.

Setelah harum, masukkan 5 buah kacang panjang yang sudah dipotong-potong. Tambahkan sedikit garam dan merica. Masukkan segenggam taoge dan ikan suwir yang sudah digoreng tadi. Aduk-aduk hingga tercampur rata. Angkat, sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng.

Jika ikan dalam resep ini dihilangkan atau diganti dengan tahu atau tempe yang dipotong dadu, maka akan menjadi masakan vegan atau vegetarian.

This is my own version of spicy vegetables dish with fish flakes. Just remove the fish flakes, then it would turns to vegan or vegetarian food. Or replace it with tofu.

Scratch tuna chunk into flakes. Fry until they turn golden brown, or as you like. I like it a little overcooked though. Take out from the heat then strain.

Crush 2 pieces garlic, 2 pieces shallot and 5 pieces red chili pepper. Medium low heat 1 table spoon of oil. Sauté the crushed spices with a half chopped onion.

After the aroma comes out, add 5 pieces long bean cut and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add a handful mung bean sprouts and the fried fish flakes. Stir until it mixed well. Take out from the heat, serve with sprinkles of fried shallot.
