Sup Ikan

Ini adalah sup ikan versiku sendiri. Sangat sederhana dan mudah.

Daging ikan tuna sebanyak 250 gr dipotong dadu. Lumuri dengan bubuk jahe dan air jeruk nipis. Goreng dengan sedikit minyak hingga hampir matang.

Tumbuk kasar 4 siung bawang putih, 2 buah bawang merah, 4 buah cabe merah. Panaskan 1 sendok makan minyak goreng. Tumis bumbu halus bersama setengah buah bawang bombay cincang, 2 batang serai geprek, 2 cm jahe geprek dan 3 lembar daun jeruk purut. Setelah harum, tambahkan 2 gelas air. Masukkan ikan bersama minyaknya.

Setelah mendidih, masukkan jamur dan wortel yang sudah dipotong-potong. Tambahkan 1 sendok makan perasan jeruk nipis, garam dan merica. Setelah sayuran empuk dan ikan matang, angkat.

This is my own version of fish soup. Very simple and easy.

Cut 250 grams of fresh tuna into cubes. Marinate a moment with lime squeeze and ground ginger. Then fry with a little oil until it almost cooked.

Crush 4 pieces of garlic, 2 pieces of shallot, 4 pieces of red chili pepper. Low heat 1 table spoon of oil. Sauté crushed spices with a half piece of chopped onion, 2 stalks of lemon grass, 2 centimeter fresh peeled ginger and 3 pieces of kaffir lime leaves. After the aroma comes out, add 2 cups of water. Add the cooked fish along with the oil used to fry it.

After it boils, add chopped oyster mushroom and carrot. Add 1 table spoon of lime squeeze, a pinch of salt and pepper. After the vegetables turns tender and the fish fully cooked, take it out of the stove and serve.
