Kentang Kukus

Aku suka baked potato. Tapi kalau masak sendiri, aku lebih memilih steamed potato, alias kentang kukus. Pertama, aku nggak punya oven. Kedua, waktu memasak kentang kukus lebih cepat daripada kentang panggang.

Cuci bersih 1 buah kentang ukuran sedang. Belah dua, lalu kukus selama 15-20 menit. Jika kentang sudah empuk, tambahkan potongan keju cheddar di bagian atas kentang. Keju bisa diganti dengan mozzarela. Kukus lagi selama 3 menit. Angkat. Sajikan bersama saus sambal dan saus tomat.

This is my own version of baked potato, which is modified into steamed potato. Very simple and easy.

Cut 1 piece of potato into 2 parts. Steam for about 15 to 20 minutes. After it turns tender, top each cut with slices of cheddar cheese or grated mozzarella cheese, if you like. Steam again for about 3 minutes then take it out. Serve with tomato ketchup and chili sauce.
