Sup Pisang Rempah

Seperti yang sudah pernah kubilang, pisang adalah kenikmatan tanpa dosa dengan kandungan nutrisi yang baik untuk tubuh. Karena itu, aku suka nyemil pisang. Untuk sore hari yang gerimis, kolak pisang versiku sendiri ini bisa membantu menghangatkan tubuh dan suasana.

Panaskan 1 gelas air bersama 1 sendok makan gula jawa, 1 batang kayu manis, 2 batang cengkeh, 2 buah kapulaga, 1 buah pekak, 1 cm jahe kupas geprek. Setelah mendidih, masukkan 1 buah pisang tanduk yang sudah dipotong-potong. Setelah pisang empuk, tambahkan 65 ml santan kental dan 4 cm daun pandan. Didihkan lagi lalu angkat.

Banana is a nutritious snack.That’s the reason I am loving it. This is my own version of kolak pisang, a sort of typical Indonesian sweet soup, consisting coconut milk and banana, also various kinds of exotic spices.

Medium heat 1 cup of water with 1 table spoon of palm sugar, 1 stick of cinnamon, 2 pieces of dried cloves, 2 pods of cardamom, 1 piece star anise, 1 centimeters of fresh peeled ginger. After it boils, add 1 piece of cut banana. After it turns tender, add 65 milliliters of coconut milk and 4 centimeters pandan leaf. Let it boils again, then take out of the stove.
