Cap Cay Baso Sapi

Ini adalah cap cay versiku sendiri. Sangat sederhana dan mudah.

Potong-potong 1 buah wortel, kembang kol, sawi hijau, kol, sawi putih, tomat dan baso sapi. Tumis 2 siung bawang putih, 1 siung bawang merah, setengah bawang bombay. Setelah harum, masukkan potongan baso, wortel, kembang kol, tomat, kol, sawi putih dan sawi hijau. Tambahkan 30
ml air, garam dan merica. Setelah sayuran agak empuk, angkat. Sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng.

This is my own version of oriental’s famous cap cay. Very simple and easy.

Cut carrot, cauliflower, green chinese cabbage, cabbage, white chinese cabbage, tomato and beef meatballs. Heat 1 table spoon of oil, sauté 2 pieces of garlic, 1 piece of shallot, a half piece of onion. After the aroma comes out, add the cuts of beef meatballs, carrot, cauliflower, tomato, cabbage, white chinese cabbage and green chinese cabbage. Add 30 milliliters of water, a pinch of salt and pepper. Wait a moment until the vegetables are tender. Take out of the stove. Serve with sprinkles of fried shallot.
