Banana Raisin

Tambahkan 2 sendok makan kismis. Aduk rata.

Panaskan banyak minyak goreng dengan api sedang. Goreng adonan, sendok demi sendok. Setelah berwarna coklat keemasan, atau menurut selera, angkat lalu tiriskan.

This is my own version of banana fritter. Very simple and easy. Good to be enjoyed on tea time. Delicious yet nutritious.

Mix 3 table spoons of flour (a ready-to-use banana fritter mix is preferable) with 1 to 2 table spoons of water. Add 1 piece of banana that has been cut into small cubes and 2 table spoons of raisin. Mix well.

Medium heat plenty of oil. Fry the banana raisin mix until it turns golden brown, or as you like. Remove then strain.
