Sup Jagung

Sup ini bisa untuk sarapan atau makan malam, juga untuk teman makan nasi. Mudah dibuat dan cukup istimewa.

Panaskan 1 sendok makan minyak goreng dengan api sedang. Tumis 1 siung bawang putih cincang dan setengah bawang bombay cincang hingga harum.

Tambahkan 1 gelas air dan 1 gelas kaldu ayam. Tunggu hingga mendidih.

Tambahkan 1 buah wortel dipotong dadu kecil, segenggam jagung pipil, dan segenggam jamur tiram dipotong kecil. Didihkan lagi.

Tambahkan sedikit garam dan lada hitam tumbuk juga irisan seledri dan bawang daun. Aduk rata.

Tambahkan 1 buah telur ayam kocok sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk agar tidak menggumpal. Diamkan satu menit. Angkat. Sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng.

This clear soup of sweet corn, carrot and mushroom with egg is a great appetizer. Very easy to prepare but gives special taste.

Medium low heat 1 table spoon oil. Sauté 1 garlic chopped and a half onion chopped until the aroma comes out.

Add 1 cup water and 1 cup chicken broth. Bring to boil.

Add 1 carrot cut into small cubes, a handful sweet corn, and a handful oyster mushroom chopped. Bring to boil again.

Add a pinch salt and black pepper ground also chopped celery and spring onion. Stir well.

Add a beaten egg while stirring the soup, so it would make small flakes. Wait a minute. Take it out of the heat. Serve with sprinkles of fried shallot.
