Sup Sayuran

Ini adalah sup sayuran versiku sendiri. Lagi-lagi, sangat sederhana dan mudah.

Potong-potong 1 buah wortel, kol, brokoli, 5 buah kacang buncis, 1 buah tomat dan 1 buah kentang.

Panaskan 1 sendok makan minyak goreng. Tumis 2 siung bawang putih, 1 buah bawang merah dan setengah buah bawang bombay yang sudah dicacah kasar. Setelah harum, tambahkan 2 gelas air. Tunggu mendidih, lalu masukkan potongan-potongan sayuran tadi, juga sedikit garam dan merica. Setelah sayuran empuk, tambahkan cacahan bawang daun dan seledri. Diamkan sebentar, lalu angkat. Sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng.

This is my own version of vegetables clear soup. Very simple and easy.

Cut 1 piece of carrot, cabbage, broccoli, 5 pieces of green bean, 1 piece of tomato and 1 piece of potato.

Medium heat 1 table spoon of oil. Sauté 2 pieces of chopped garlic, 1 piece of chopped shallot and a half piece of chopped onion. After the aroma comes out, pour 2 cups of water. Bring to boil, then add the cut vegetables and a pinch of salt and pepper. After the vegetables are tender, add chopped spring onion and celery. Wait a minute, then take it out of the stove. Serve with sprinkles of fried shallot.
