Udang Goreng Tepung

Hari ini aku masak cap cay. Sebagai lauknya, aku memilih udang goreng tepung. Untuk bahan makanan selain sayuran, seperti daging ayam, ikan, udang, cumi-cumi, bahkan telur, aku lebih suka jika digoreng.

Cuci 250 gram udang, lalu buang kulitnya. Celupkan udang kupas ke dalam 100 gram yogurt tawar, kemudian gulingkan ke tepung bumbu hingga sepenuhnya terbalur. Goreng dalam minyak panas hingga kecoklatan. Angkat, tiriskan. Dinikmati dengan saus tomat dan saus sambal juga sedap kok.

Today, I cooked cap cay. So, I choose fried shrimp to accompany it.

I prefer to fry ingredients other than vegetables, such as chicken, fish, shrimp, cuttlefish, even eggs.

Peel 250 grams of shrimp. Put into 100 grams of plain yogurt. Put into another bowl with coating mix, until it’s fully covered with flour. Fry them in plenty of oil until it turns golden brown, or as you like. Take out then strain. Serving with tomato ketchup and chili sauce is a good idea.
